Shepherd's Pie (Easy)

1 1/2 c of carrots
1 lb ground beef, ground
4 beef boullion cubes
1/2 onion
salt and pepper to taste

10 cups of mashed potatos

Brown meat, carrots, and onion. Add boullion cubes and simmer. Lay evenly on a 9 x 13 x 1 1/2 inch pan. Cover with mashed potatos and bake at 400F until pototos are browned.
